Early Booking Rates Available for 2008 Itineraries

Adventures by Disney is spanning the globe in 2008, offering 18 extraordinary itineraries to new destinations like China, Australia, Peru and Germany, as well as popular returning trips to the United Kingdom, France, Ireland, Costa Rica and the United States.

With Early Booking Rates, a family of 4 can save over $2200* on many of the itineraries when booked at least 120 days prior to departure.

Launched in 2005, Adventures by Disney provides guided family vacation experiences to destinations in Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia. Clients receive the service Disney is known for, while taking part in extraordinary experiences from the wildlife of Yellowstone to the natural beauty of Costa Rica, the architecture of Prague to the archeology of Machu Picchu, the California Coast to the Amalfi Coast, and many more.

In 2008, Clients can stroll along the Great Wall, snorkel in the Great Barrier Reef, go rafting on Peru’s Urubamba River or take archery lessons in the “fairytale” land of northern Germany. Also among the impressive list of activities are a backstage Hollywood and Disneyland® Resort experience; a sojourn through the Golden State’s north country; and history-filled escapades to cultural centers of France and Spain.

Each journey is designed specifically for families. Younger guests become Junior Adventurers, who can cut loose at a pizza party or go on a mystery scavenger hunt at the Louvre while adults enjoy a formal wine-tasting or leisurely explore one of the world’s most famous art collections.

Adventures by Disney executives say these unique touches result in impressive levels of repeat business.

“In 2007 we were thrilled to see 30 percent of our guests rebook another Adventures by Disney vacation,” said Baklor. “Based upon the strong guest feedback we have been receiving, we expect this trend to continue in 2008 and beyond.”

Adventures by Disney excursions also feature exclusive experiences and special touches which make every client feel like a VIP. In London’s West End theater district, clients go behind the scenes at Disney’s hit musical “Lion King.” Australian itineraries include a private breakfast and showcase of the Taronga Zoo in Sydney. Expeditions to the “Imperial Cities” of Europe offer an exclusive tour of the Vienna Children’s Museum. Clients get VIP show access inside the magic of attractions at Disneyland® Resort and Hong Kong Disneyland® Resort on tours to Southern California and China, respectively.

Adventures by Disney vacations include accommodations at family-friendly hotels and resorts in each destination, transportation once Clients have reached their destination, baggage handling, all scheduled meals, group activities, and gratuities for bellmen, housekeepers, drivers and dining staff.

* Savings is based on a comparison of Peak Regular and Early Booking Rates for a family of 4 composed of 2 adults and 2 children under 12 on all 2008 itineraries except Quest for the West, Imperial Cities, Taste of Tuscany, Southwest Splendors and Spirit of America. The number of land packages available at the Early Booking Rate is limited. Early Booking Rates no longer available on Quest for the West and Enchanted China. The Early Booking Rate may not be combined with any discounts, offers, or promotions. Terms, conditions and restrictions apply.

Disney Tip of the Month:
The parks will hit peak
occupancy around lunch,
when everyone has finally
gotten up and to the park.
In the summer, this is also
when it starts getting really
hot and not fun to stand in
a bunch of long lines. Take
advantage of this time and
go back to your hotel, take
a nap, go swimming and rest
up for the evening when the
Disney parks really become magical! More Disney Tips
